Apple cider vinegar is consist of acetic acid which helps to flush out the excessive fat and unwanted toxins. Acetic acid provides glow to your skin as it remove skin toxins. Apple cider vinegar supports healthy digestions.

Add 1-2 tbsp of Apple Cider vinegar in Luke warm water. It will helps you to cleanse all the harmful toxins and stubborn fat from your belly area.
